The booking requires a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The retainer amount may vary depending on the event type, typically 30โ50% of the total. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards processed by Square, or Interact e-Transfer to payments@axolotlstudio.ca
The 30%-50% retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full. In the case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies), we will do our best to reschedule based on availability. Client-initiated cancellations for reasons outside these do not qualify for refunds.

We believe every celebration deserves a tailored experience. Our rates vary depending on the event details, location, and level of customization, allowing us to create a truly personalized package that reflects your vision.
Available throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Caledon, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, and Burlington. Uses a professional camera for sharp, high-quality photos. It combines great lighting, a touch-screen interface, and easy digital sharing, giving you a premium experience for your event.
An 8โ x 8โ area with at least 7.5โ of ceiling clearance is needed, plus a 6ft table (or two small ones). A standard power outlet must be within 10ft of the setup space. A solid, safe floor is also required.
a.k.a. The Photo Booth Attendant will be on-site to handle the setup, operation, and takedown of the photo booth. Their presence ensures everything runs smoothly so you and your guests can simply enjoy the experience.

Each individual in the photo will receive their own printed copy, all included in the package price โ there is no additional charge for multiple prints in group photos.
Additionally, unlimited photo sessions are provided, allowing guests to return and create new memories as often as they wish throughout the event.
