ACCESSIBLE SERVICE PRACTICES
Axolotl Studio provides open-style photo booth services and makes reasonable efforts to accommodate guests with disabilities, including those using mobility devices, where reasonably possible and subject to venue conditions.
Accessibility accommodations may include, but are not limited to:

Accessibility accommodations are dependent on venue layout, space availability, and safety considerations, which are outside the control of Axolotl Studio.
MOBILITY DEVICES, SERVICE ANIMALS & SUPPORT PERSONS
Guests using mobility devices are welcome to access Axolotl Studio services where reasonably possible and where venue conditions permit. Service animals are permitted at events in accordance with applicable law, subject to venue policies and restrictions. Support persons are welcome to accompany guests as needed. Any admission fees or access restrictions are determined solely by the event venue and are not controlled by Axolotl Studio.
COMMUNICATION & ASSISTANCE
Axolotl Studio is committed to communicating with clients and guests in a manner that takes accessibility needs into account. Information may be provided through email, phone, or other reasonable communication methods upon request. Guests or clients requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to notify Axolotl Studio in advance of the event to allow for reasonable planning and coordination.
SERVICE DISRUPTIONS
In the event of a temporary disruption to accessibility-related services or equipment, Axolotl Studio will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and provide alternative solutions where feasible.
