BRAND ACTIVATIONS
At brand activations, we collect guest information on behalf of our client. After the event, we export this information, store it on our secure local server and remove it from our software. We share it only with the client who hosted the activation. The client's privacy policy governs its use. We do not use activation guest data for our own marketing.

DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. While we take steps to secure data, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.​​

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

​PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE
We share photos and videos captured at events with event hosts and attendees. Axolotl Studio uses select photos and videos for promotional purposes. Requests to opt out or remove specific images and or videos must be submitted in writing.

If you choose to communicate by text message, you consent to receive SMS messages related to customer support, booking inquiries, and event coordination. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us by phone or email for support.
