One flat rate. All editing included. GTA travel included. Your gallery arrives within 7 to 10 business days. Already booking a photo booth with us? Event Photography works alongside any Axolotl Studio booth package at the same rate. Corporate events with custom scope or multiple locations are quoted separately. Contact us to discuss.

  • Your booking starts at 60 or more fully edited images for a 2-hour event. Longer events include proportionally more images. Photo count depends on the pace and nature of your event. Quality is always prioritized over volume.

  • Yes. Event Photography is available as a standalone service or alongside any Axolotl Studio photo booth package. The rate is the same either way. Many clients use both at the same event for complete coverage.

  • We bring professional flash gear to every event. Dimly lit venues, coloured lighting, outdoor evening events, all covered. You will not receive dark, grainy photos because of a venue's lighting setup.

  • For most events, 3 to 6 weeks in advance is ideal. Weekends in spring and fall book fastest. For last-minute inquiries, contact us directly and we will confirm availability.

  • Yes. Our equipment handles outdoor events, natural light settings, and mixed indoor/outdoor venues. We account for weather and lighting conditions as part of our preparation for every event.
