    1. Check Availability Instantly

      • Complete the booking form through our website. If your date is available, you will be directed to your client portal to proceed.

    2. Secure Your Date

      • Review your booking details, sign the agreement, and submit your 50% non-refundable retainer directly through the portal.

    3. Manage Your Booking

      • Your client portal is where everything lives. You can review your proposal, select enhancements, submit event details, and complete your design all in one place.

    4. Final Payment

      • The remaining balance is due prior to your event date, as outlined in your potal.

    5. Event Day Experience

      • Our team arrives for setup and delivers a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Booking is completed directly through your client portal. We accept all major credit cards (subject to a 2.4% processing fee) or Interac e-Transfer

  • All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

     

    Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable in full.

     

    In the event of force majeure circumstances (including severe weather, natural disasters, or government-declared emergencies), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule based on availability. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

  • Printing is thoughtfully managed to ensure a smooth experience throughout the event.

     

    Each photo session includes printed keepsakes for guests in the photo, provided in our signature 2×6 photo strip format. For larger group photos, shared copies may be provided to ensure availability for the duration of the event.

     

    Unlimited photo sessions are always included, and digital copies are provided for all photos taken.

     

    4x6 prints format is available as an optional enhancement.

  • For events extending beyond the initial 2 hours, additional time may be added, subject to availability. The investment for additional event time is $150 per hour.

  • A minimum 8’ × 8’ setup area with at least 7.5’ of ceiling clearance is required. A solid, level, and safe floor surface must be provided.

     

    One chair and one standard table are required for equipment and accessories.

     

    All space and site conditions must meet the requirements outlined in our Service Agreement. Failure to meet these requirements may impact setup, service quality, or the ability to operate safely.

  • Event photos are published within 24 hours after the event. The online gallery is found under Event Gallery section on our website.
